Subcontractor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CSW Power Solutions, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or resulting from Subcontractor's own acts, errors, or omissions in the performance of work under this engagement.
Subcontractor warrants that it holds all licenses, registrations, and certifications required by Texas state law and applicable local ordinances to perform the work specified.
Subcontractor acknowledges and agrees that the relationship created hereunder is that of an independent contractor and not an employee of CSW Power Solutions.
CSW Power Solutions contracts with qualified subcontractors without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
